Faulty or incorrectly sized products
If the ring you receive is defective, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
Wrong size
• If you order the wrong ring size, we can replace it for an additional €20.00 to cover shipping and handling.
• If you order a personalized item in the wrong size, we offer a replacement for an additional €50.00.
Refunds
You can return or exchange your CNICK ring within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is fully functional and undamaged. You may choose a refund or an exchange. Shipping and handling charges from the original order, including VAT or customs fees, are non-refundable.
The highest level of security
• CNICK rings can be deactivated instantly using the mobile app.
• The ring transmits its signal through its circular opening. To make it readable, bend your finger and tap your knuckle on the reader.
• CNICK rings use tokenization to secure transactions. Tokenization replaces sensitive card information with a random code, or “token”. Even if someone captures this information, they cannot reuse it for a fraudulent purchase. Paying with a CNICK ring is therefore more secure than paying with a debit or credit card: tokenization prevents the card details printed on a card and used for online purchases from being read.
• CNICK rings use an EMVCo-certified chip with multiple levels of encryption, unlike ordinary NFC chips, preventing cloning.
• Like other NFC devices, CNICK rings work within only a few centimetres. A criminal would need to get very close to the wearer, which is generally harder and riskier than other forms of digital theft.
• The value of a single contactless transaction is limited; larger payments require a PIN. The limit varies by country and is usually €50–€100.
• CNICK Ring 3 lets you track your activity, sleep, and vital signals in the most convenient and secure way. Your data belongs entirely to you: it is stored locally on your ring and phone, and we do not have access to it.
• No subscription is required. Once you buy the ring, it is entirely yours.
• Battery life lasts up to 7 days.
• Payments and Tesla Key features do not require charging.

Download the CNICK app and turn on Bluetooth and NFC in your phone’s settings. Open the app, scan the ring by holding it near your phone’s NFC area, and follow the in-app instructions to complete the setup and activation.

Remove the ring before:
• Working near exposed electrical components, vehicle batteries, engine bays, or energized equipment
• Operating machinery or power tools
• Lifting heavy weights
• Participating in activities where the ring could become caught, crushed, or struck
• Handling chemicals or abrasive materials
Metal rings can conduct electricity and may heat rapidly if they contact energized components. Rings can also create an entrapment or crushing risk during manual work. OSHA specifically identifies conductive rings and other jewelry as a potential hazard around exposed energized parts.
Remove it immediately only when it is safe to do so. Disconnect the charger if the ring is charging, move away from flammable materials, and do not use the product again.
Battery swelling is not normal and may indicate battery damage. Because the battery is sealed inside CNICK Ring 3, swelling may appear as a change in the ring’s shape, separation or cracking of the outer or inner surface, unusual heat, or other visible deformation.
Remove the ring immediately if it begins to change shape, feels unusually tight, becomes hot, or causes pain or restricted circulation. Seek medical assistance if the ring cannot be removed safely or if your finger is injured.
Do not wear, charge, or reuse a deformed ring. Contact CNICK Support and retain the ring for inspection.
CNICK Ring 3 is not a toy. Keep the ring, charging dock, cable, and packaging away from young children and pets. Children should use the product only under appropriate adult supervision.
