Orders which are already shipped can’t be fully refunded. If the ring isn’t shipped yet we can issue a full refund upon the customer’s request.

⚠️ For gold rings that is already made for a customer, any changes to the customization will incur a fee of 200 GEL.

Returns

Faulty or inaccurate size product

If you receive a defective ring, we will replace it at no additional cost, provided the item is returned in its original packaging.

Wrong Size

• If you have ordered the wrong size ring, we can replace it with a new one for an additional 10.00 GEL to cover the shipping and handling cost of the replacement ring.
• For gold ring exchanges, a 300 GEL fee applies to cover return shipping costs.

Refund

You can return or exchange your CNICK Ring within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is fully functional and undamaged. You can choose to receive a refund or an exchange. However, the shipping and handling charges from your original order are non-refundable.

The ring must be returned within two (2) weeks of submitting a return request. 

Warranty

Your CNICK is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects or failure to function.
• The warranty doesn’t cover loss, polish damage, or changes in appearance due to careless handling and improper use of outside of our care instructions.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
