  • Is cnick ring payment secure? open close

Yes, CNICK ring payment is very secure. When you connect a payment card to your CNICK ring, a token is created, which can only be used on your wearable and not online or anywhere else. This means that your wearable is protected against skimming. The token card number is also cryptographically connected to that specific wearable, so it cannot be used on any other wearable, protecting you from fraudulent behaviors. In summary, payments with CNICK ring are even more secure than paying with a physical payment card, where the card number can be used both in-store and online.

  • How durable is the cnick ring? open close

The CNICK ring is highly durable and is almost impossible to break by dropping or gripping. While it is not weak or delicate, it is recommended to keep the polished finish looking nice over the coming years. Good ring care starts by avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals and rough treatment, such as wearing the ring while lifting weights or operating machinery, which can compromise the finish and integrity of the ring itself. The finish is the most important factor in keeping the ring in good condition, and if it is compromised, water can penetrate the wood, damaging the ring from the inside. However, the ring can withstand activities such as showering, hand washing, and swimming.
